By accident. With the bad dreams last night. It’s too late now to take them. I can tell because I’m buzzing and have a headache. I’m going now to take my afternoon meds.

I just took my Valtrex for herpes and Lasix my heart pill. I didn’t log taking my morning meds on my medicine log for my psych clinic. I’m going to be honest and leave it blank for this morning meds. If I do this much more they are going to make me come in so they can witness I took my meds. They do this for some clients. I think it’s only if they are court ordered psych treatment though.

I’m going to have to fool around with my phone to see if I can set an alarm with a different sound for the meds.

I get headaches whenever I reduce or forget to take my meds.

I have both a pill box and a reminder app called Medisafe. It reminds me to take my meds. It’s very helpful

I’m grateful I only have to take meds once day. One time they brought up cogentin and it was like three times a day didn’t take that one.
