Im going to ask my doctor for oral Clopixol 40 mg by mouth instead of depo injection. You Can write me into Guinness book of rekords as the man who stayed the longest on an antipsychotic inj. without break. I started the injection in feb 1997 until,now. I was on dosis like 300 Weekly, 500 mg - 400 mg - 300 mg every other week and now 500 mg every 3 week. I always had anticolinergics besides of other antipsychotics like Clozapine, Seroquel, Zyprexa and Amisulpride. Now Im finally realizing that I cant avoid to take some pills every day. If so why take an injection when its much easier to take 40 mg Clopixol in pillform.
Im going to talk with my House doctor about that and Ill just keep on taking my 600 mg Seroquel pills.

I never was tempted to go off all my meds. But I always wandered why the doctors put me on 2 - 3 antipsychotics. I consdered Clopixol as my main meds because,that was the one Ive used the longest but now I doubt my reasoning because May all of you were right in that most secgen are better than 1. Gen,and maybe you all were right In that only a fool would stay on any kind of injection. Maybe Ive y’et not benefitted enoght from Qutiapine and other sec gen meds because I always mixet Them with 1. Gen Clopixol that May heve done the negatives and cognitive symptoms worse.
Ive decided to make Seroquel my only main antipsychotics and because only a shrink Can get me off of the injection Ill have to wait a whole year to get an appointment. So this evening I phoned the nurse and told here that I no longer want the injection. Im,free to choce causes I never commited a crime when psychotic or not.

I dont have a pdoc so I should talk to a total stranger who dont know me or my history.
I dont like danish schrinks they are just sales Force for Big Pharma and likewise are the House doctors. I dont want to talk to those Sille men.
So now I cold turkey on Clopixol and I don`t want any of there silly new pills with all those silly names
Please don’t cold turkey your injection.
You’ve been on it close to 30 years.
I can only imagine the withdrawal you’re about to experience.

You are right going cold turkey on a meds used for 30 years would be suicidal. So Ill Pick up the phone and ask my nurse and doctor to change the interval for having 500 mg Clopixol from 3 weeks to once a month. Ill stay on 600 mg Seroquel for a Long time.

I’ve only been on an injection for 4 years and I’m considering going back on pills.
I don’t like getting poked with needles.

DNA all I wrote to you was caused by the way the homenursery treated my mother who is 79 years old schizophrenic and totally blind. I asked Them to Cut her foot nails 3 month ago and they havent done that yet. So I phoned the nursery real angry, dissapointed sad and hurt that those people could be that evil and I started an argument with Them. I treatened Them with not taking the Injection. They promised that it would be done but nothing was done today so tomorrow I go over to mum and Cut here footnails. I Said that I no longer want Them to clean my apartment. But I Will go for the injection because I didnt want problems.
Thats the reason why I believe in a small public sector and a great privat sector.
I would die if I had to take that many antipsychotics. It’s criminal to put people on such high doses.
I’m coming off my Paliperidone 150mg in a week or so when I leave hospital. Have to wait for it to wear off in early August so that’s when I’ll stop it.

Oh thats not a Big deal being on that dose. Before that I was on 160 mg Ziprasidone and 550 mg Qutiapine and 500 mg Clopixol every 3 week.
When coming off Ziprasidone they had to raise Seroquel to 900 mg and Clopixol to 400 mg every other week. I stayed on this dose for a year and then I lowered it to.
500 mg Clopixol every 3 week
And 600 mg Seroquel by mouth
And two anticolinergic pills
I feel so much better on two antipsychotics that mix much better without the 3.
This is the lowest dose of meds I`ve been taking for years.
