I’m now totally compliant with my 800 mg of Seroquel. I have realized that those are the pills for me. Now I’ve decided not to go off of my LAI Clopixol in 10 days. I’ve always been in depot treatment by free will.
Now I’ll ask all of you if any of you have stopped a long acting injection and just used antipsychotic pills.
I ment I’ve decided to dump my LAI.
I hated being on my injection of Chlorpromazine so one day I told the nurse I wasn’t coming back again. I lasted about a year before relapsing and they put me on different tablets instead which I have been compliant and stable on for almost twenty years. I feel more in control than a depot

I just used the antipsychotics converter to find out if it’s possible to quit the Clopixol.
And it wasn’t because 500 mg Clopixol every 3 week was equal to 750 mg qutiapine by mouth.
I was on court-ordered LAIs about 5 years ago…now I’m well enough to participate in my own treatment and prefer taking oral pills. I’m currently titrating off clozapine and onto Zyprexa (for cardiac issues).
