My brother in law bought me a 24 pack of Pepsi for helping with his puppy. They left again to go to the store. I’m watching the animals.
I prefer the animals over people. My in laws got their nephew a cuban tree frog. I tried to give advice. Told him the hard thing about herps or exotics in general is that you have to research the animal before you get and while you have it. It’s not like a domesticated cats and dogs.

What does the frog eat? And if it eats flies where do they buy them?
We got her from a local pet shop but she eats mainly large night crawlers three times a week. We don’t feed crickets, roaches or mice like people suggest. She also eats hornworms, wax worms, pacman powder that is made into pellets and shrimp.
Some frogs do mainly eat fruit flies that you can order online but they are flightless and are meant for smaller frogs.
You can’t feed bugs from around your house or outside because they could contain parasites or have been in a yard that contained fertilizer or pesticides

It’s ok at first I thought jasper was a boy but I got a funny feeling when she was about 4 months old that maybe jasper was a girl so I started referring jasper as a she. But she’s 7 months old no nuptial pads and no croaking so very sure female.

I have a sign by my front door. It say “Dogs welcome people tolerated”.
