She is doing very well. Still don’t know for that Jasper is female
Why are you wearing the glove
I wish I had a chameleon
The frogs we have here are green just green
Rumor has it that if a frog urinates on you, you’ll grow warts…or that’s how I heard it, so I imagine something along those lines
Maybe frogs carry diseases on their skin
Hahaha wow precious
I love jasper…!!! HOLY COW…!!
For the safety of the frog. She explained it once - something like frogs have very delicate, porous skin and can easily absorb harmful toxins from human contact. She’s an excellent frog caretaker.
I’m with you, @far_cry0. I love Jasper too.
Where do you find food for him? I suppose he eats flies and other insects.
nice frog he looks unusually fat though
So do I but you wouldn’t say it to my face why are you saying to froggies face!!
Just kidding but seriously I think the species makes it fat!!
I love frog. 151515
Give it a kiss to find out if its a princess or a prince p
beautiful animal!!
well when i had my first frog kermit a northern leopard frog i scrounged up bugs from outside but i was young and didn’t know any better. if you have reptiles and amphibians as pets you aren’t suppose to feed them bugs from outside because of chemicals and parasites.
she mostly gets night crawlers from a local bait shop, the worms are very healthy and unlike the ones from walmart around here they don’t get night crawlers with dye to attract fish. i get waxworms from the bait shop too but she doesn’t like those anymore. i had hornworms from an online source that she LOVED but i only ordered 50 and i had to feed them to the bearded dragons too. you can feed them mice or pinkies which are baby mice but i don’t plan on doing that.
@NeuralPlay123 pacman frogs are naturally very fat they don’t move around much and they are sit and wait predators.
My wife loves frogs. She catches them in the yard and plays with them for a while. Then she lets them go out front. In the backyard our dogs will get them. I think they like the pool. I have to scoop them out of there occasionally. If Dakota (my oldest husky) sees them she will go in after them. She loves to swim
Good looking frog.
i use to catch frogs all the time when i was younger, turtles too. but my mom never let me keep them in the house. one day my dad said i could keep one that was kermit he was a northern leopard frog. it was a 10 gallon tank not big enough. my mom after two weeks when i wasn’t home told my brother to get rid of it so he killed it. i don’t trust my animals around my family or my in laws
when i was young loved frogs and salamanders, so cute.
Yesterday I saw a turtle, two frogs and a snake when I went hiking
