I need a med change

This paranoia ■■■■ won’t leave me alone

For some people it’s chronic.

I hope it’s not for you the case.

I need one too. Thinking of going cold turkey on Clozapine

No idea what to replace it with as my pdoc wants me to wait 2 more weeks until our appointment face to face

Having absolutely none of this

Constantly kicking these problems down the road until it becomes completely unmanageable to function

When I reduced clozapine I had really bad insomnia.

I don’t recommend going cold Turkey.

I hope it’s not chronic and one day I can live well

At least you recognise its a delusion which is a good sign :+1:

If you are treatment resistant then the meds may not remove all of your symptoms, just give you some degree of reduction or control over them. That’s how it has been for me. I have had to learn to live with some paranoia for three decades now.

i dunno if i’m treatment resistant or not

I’m always paranoid no matter how high a dose of an AP I’m on. I’m currently working on coping skills with a therapist. I recommend you do the same.

Ok. That’s good. Ask her to help you learn different coping skills.

Will do that. The docs are thinking what to do with my meds

I’ve found that they are willing to work with you on your med’s, but you need to show them that you are treatment compliant. Try not to be rebellious.

Yes I will be compliant
