I meditated last night right before going to sleep and today I feel like I can breath better I’m not about to have a panic attack!

Make it a daily practice and reap the benefits.
I do 3x30 minutes a day. I love it most days and given my circumstances I am doing really well.

I meditate nightly right before bed.
It helps me sleep better and sort through what happened in the day and my feelings. I always feel so much calmer afterwards
Practising mind control is so important for sz. Breath in and breath out and let the thoughts flow like water down the river.
