I may have realised how to stop myself binge eating

I was at home and felt like binging. Then I realised I was really stressed so I asked myself what could I do now to destress. And I decided taking myself out to the library and buying myself a nice coffee was the most destressful thing I could do. So now I’m out drinking my coffee. And I feel happy and don’t feel like binging anymore. So it’s early days but mayb the key for me is to take the actions that wud destress me the most

Good for you. It’s never easy but replacing negative behavior with positive does work. Be strong and keep working. It does take time to get used to change.

Nice to hear you found a way to replace the bad habit with something else. If I don’t watch out I tend to eat too much too. I eat a lot of small portions but too many of them.
