@Wave, why don’t you try drinking some super strong coffee like Bold coffee with caffeine, or Espresso and drink it all day long? That should keep you up.

Yeah I may increase my caffeine intake a bit more but too much caffeine can make me cycle (anxiety)

You’re bipolar, if I remember correctly, right? My opinion is to be careful with too much coffee. Don’t wanna get racing thoughts and jumbled thoughts if you’re already prone to them. If I’m already boggled, too much coffee makes it worse.

But, man, do I love coffee. Haha.

Yeah I think my max is 2 to 3 cups.
Anything over that and I’m asking for trouble.

You may be overmedicated for no reason.

Mine are right in tune though.

I think I’m on too much risperidone @Daze.
Maybe she can lower it down to 3mg from 4mg.

I basically feel sedated and very flat emotionally.

Maybe take Depakote at night before bed
Or thin the doses.

I totally understand. That is noot happening to me right now but i felt the same way at beginning of my treatment. Hope you get better. Wish you the best!

I was a ‘zombie’ with 6mg risperidone…my pdoc changed it to a lower dose and i got better. More happy. Less ‘zombie’. It was definetly too much of risperidone. With 3mg: I didn’t became psychotic. I could think more properly. Less ‘zombie’. I hope you have a good solution as i had. Good luck
