Any suggestions on baking ribs?

I usually do ribs on the bbq and they turn out great but the snow piled on the bbq makes it not a choice. I don’t like the slow cooker for ribs because they are too tendeer. So i want to bake them. Should I soak in vinegar or a brine solution or should I boil them before hand?

ha. ask me something about peanut butter and jelly. I don’t know nothing about cooking ribs…my grandma used to make some killer ribs when I was little, she didn’t like to share her secrets, only with her daughters.

if you have it handy a couple shots of jack daniels whiskey added to the barbeque sauce while baking would help…if not…just bake 'em…on low about 275 for about two hours.

No alcohol in the house. But the rest sounds great!

I am guessing you boil them first. That seems to make the most sense to me. :cat2::cat2::cat2:

I found a recipe for the slow cooker ribs that get them tender but stay on the bone. It smells delicious in here. Now to figure out what to make on the side. Maybe mashed or baked potatoes.

I am willing to take the bullet and taste test them once they are cooked
