I made a matcha + lion's mane mushroom drink for health

You get 1 tsp matcha powder and 1 tsp lions mane mushroom powder, and then 8 or so oz of milk/plant milk. Then you put it in a blender/ nutribullet (because if you just mix it with a fork it won’t blend well) and drink it.

You get antioxidants and energy from the matcha and lion’s mane is good for your brain. I drink it every day, unless i’m out of ingredients. I get my matcha from target and my lions mane powder from hyvee, and I’m sure you could order both online too. Also, you could add a bit of agave or maple syrup if you like it sweet.

Just an idea.

I tried the lion’s mane powder to see if I could save on purchasing Amyloban 3399. It made my symptoms worse and my nerve pain came back. I went back to the Amyloban 3399. It also has the advantage of not tasting like arse.
