Im moving back in with my family. They can be so toxic for sure but i need to be able to not work and not worry about bills plus my dog probably will need a surgery

They are yeah just not fully and sometimes their support involves stepping on my toes a lot

Well, it doesn’t have to be forever. Remind yourself of the benefits of having family support as much as you can to try to deal with the frustration of them stepping on your toes. Just think of it as a temporary situation until you can get more stable again. Good luck!

I had to do the same thing after living with roommates for a year in an apartment. Still can’t really work right now, and I’ve been thinking about going to a psych ward lately. I have an appointment with my psychiatrist soon and I may ask her if she thinks that’s where I need to be. I want to find a medication that works for me. Tried to go spend time with a friend the other day, but I was hallucinating and having telepathy delusions the whole time. Couldn’t even pay attention to the conversation.

If thats where you need go be definitely bring it up with your therapist or go sooner

Another good thing is my parents are in their 50s and raising my brothers kids because i called cps last year so i get to also help out and have a purpose.
