my wife talks to the dogs a lot more than I do. I still pet them profusely and love on them…our pup Max likes to play…rooroo is too old to play.

I love dogs. I have two cats and nico is my snowshoe. He’s 12 now and I worry about him. I hope your dog is ok and lives a long time.

I can see why you would be worried. Our dogs are the center of our household.
Ollie, our Blue Heeler, is getting older and he no longer herds the cats though he is still very opinionated and also enjoys tug of war. Chey, Beagle mix, is getting gray on the face but she is a sweetheart.
…and two cats whom I never shut up about.

Sometimes they need extra attention. My dog is depressed and won’t seek attention anymore.
Stopped eating. Needed meds to eat. Just recently gave him tons of attention and he is showing enthusiasm for life again and eating without meds.
But we are grading his quality of life day by day.

Yay! I’m glad to hear this! As far as his quality of life, he sounds happy for now. I hope he stays that way for quite a bit of time.
