Tonight, a busy Saturday night, it’ll be just the new manager and me working.
She doesn’t even know how to work the register yet. So I have to do my job, her job (which it’s been a long time since I learned all the manager stuff and I’ve forgotten most of it), clean and organize the store, handle all the customers by myself, etc. This is so unfair!
I’m super stressed out. I wish I could quit.
I learned the managers job a long time ago to help train 2 new managers we had, but it’s been a really long time
Maybe she will learn fast, and will be able to help you a bit.
The general manager told me today that she’s learning slowly. But maybe she’ll at least be able to do the register. That would be a huge help
