I’m just sitting in my bed drinking pop. Is this part of avolition?

I have some days where I am bored
If you sit there for hours, every day, and don’t do anything else then that could be seen as avolition. What kind of soda?

Yes I take my night meds and sleep good.
I meant because of the caffeine.
It’s not that much caffeine.

The last few days I played video games and hanged out with friends all day. Today I feel the energy is gone, I don’t feel like doing anything
I can’t seem to get started on anything this morning. I woke at 5 am, and it’s now past 7 am.

Avolition can be a problem sometimes. I think I did too many chores on the weekend. Both sides of my neck hurt and I don’t like feeling the strain, so I’m taking it easy now (maybe I’ve been going out to get too many groceries too).

Yes swan. This condition mostly comes with negative symptoms.
