Before sz, I was in a successful corporate career. When I worked in Geneva I bought myself an expensive Omega watch. As it doesn’t suit my lifestyle anymore, I’m selling it after 13 years.
It’s in a way therapeutic. Feels like I’m letting go of the final remnants of a previous life.
Are you good at letting go of stuff that doesn’t serve you anymore?
You’ll defos make the buyer super happy with that thing .
I have two Michele watches back from right before psychosis— status symbol-y and for frou frou women. I am also thinking about selling them as well… I might have been manic anyways when I bought them but they also remind me of times long gone.
I got a quote from a seller specialized in selling second hand luxury watches. They are promising me heaven, but I only get my money when they sell so we will see…
If I can’t use it I don’t want it. Exceptions being some home decorations (knick knacks, antique cameras). I’ve never had an interest in expensive watches or jewellery.
