CBT has been amazeballs for me. Can’t recommend it strongly enough.

But why do you buy clinicians books?

I used to do that, obsessed with knowledge

I have enrolled in a course of CBT in Udemy it works out less. IMO
32 hours course for $6 for me.
EDIT:
More than video tutorial, workbook is great as well.
