I’m going to try

Weight Watchers. Zyprexa made my stomach stick out more. Now it’s really embarrassing and I have to wear only certain shirts I have so it’s not so obvious. I think I’ll start it Monday

I did WW about ten years ago and was successful with it.

Its an easy program to follow and I heard its even more flexible now.

Good luck!

Good luck. My mom lost 50lbs in a year with Jenny Craig. She was tiny.

Expensive is not good @jukebox. I hope I can find affordable recipes to make.

My friend did Jenny Craig. She only lost 6 pounds in a few months.

My health insurance is going to pay for me going to WW. I’m so spoiled, I get all my health needs met for free; that includes one-on-one visits with a nutritionist, free doctors visits to specialists, x-rays, scans and more.

Wow!!! Are you in the US?!

Yes; but sometimes I wonder.

You must have Medicaid. I just have a spend down. I just use my Medicare Advantage Plan instead.

I have Medicaid, Medicare and a relatively new type of health coverage that combines the services I receive from the other two onto one card.

Sounds like you have it made medical speaking

You are lucky to have your insurance pay for a nutritionist.
My insurance won’t cover for a nutritionist.
I have Medicare.

I went to WW with a friend and it was bonding for us. Is there someone you can go there with. Maybe, if not, you’ll meet someone there. It’s more fun with a friend.
