I’m on abilify 10mg. Side effects I suffer from are restlessness and anxiety. I take l-theanine to help me cope with those.

Abilify may not agree with you, I just got lucky with it. You may also experience other side effects. Everybody’s different. Best of luck!

I am now more than three years on Abilify. I use 25mg per day. I’m doing better than I’ve ever done on any other AP I’ve used.

I don’t know.
I just started using it after 3 yr on invega injection.
Switched over because I started micro lapsing with invega after several years at a pretty high dosage after several years, it started to slip through with high amounts of tobacco I was manaic laughing at pretty much having flashbacks/hallucinations of every life event i’ve lived that my mind can recall and i’m still sort of going over them,
It’s almost like a breathe of enlightenment being able to dig down and deep,
but now on abilfy after a hospitalization with a injection on the side and 10mg.
seems to work well, can’t really complain haven’t had really any different symptoms just feel slightly altered like a weird feeling throughout my body and mind. Nothing really major just take your meds, see how you feel and judge your mind and observe your patterns and behaviour a bit and feel the difference, if it doesn’t work or help after months let the doc know.
all I can say

I’m on 25 mg. had it for 3 years I think. You can get head aches in the beginning. But that will pass. I don’t feel joy or happiness. I have negative symptoms.

I dunno I took like 30mg and didn’t have this problem before I got taken off of it for Latuda. I generally get put on higher doses despite they’ve told me my body is sensitive to psych meds. But this is all credence to the fact no one can really predict how a med will affect anyone. It’s literally hit and miss and hoping for the best because we don’t have medical technology right now to predict outcomes of meds before they are used.
