I have the day off from work, which is always nice, and I got home from the gym an hour ago. I did a nice two-hour workout; as always my workout was mostly cardio (maybe half an hour of strength training), and cardio always elevates my mood.
The Haldol I started a week ago seems to be helping some. I feel more steady, anyway, don’t feel like I’m about to lose my ■■■■. I still am forever talking to people who aren’t there, something that I don’t normally do when I’m mentally well, but I think that just may be my new normal. I may have established a new baseline, unfortunately. The Haldol already doesn’t knock me on my arse like it did with the first dose I took, but I find I have a harder time getting up in the morning, and that I require more sleep now. Maybe that will go away with time.
