I love sleeping

Anyone else here love sleeping? I don’t know if it’s because of my depression, but I sleep a lot. I take a nap every day. I love sleeping!

I sleep a lot from boredom but if I sleep too much I get headachs. Its not very healthy to sleep too much.

I know it’s not healthy to sleep too much. It’s hard not too though with my depression and my fatigue.

i sleep 10-12 hours each day i love sleep here 2.

I don’t like sleeping because I can’t be productive. I like getting the rest, but I feel like I’m wasting too much time of my life. We spend 1/3 of our lives asleep.

My counselor once told me that bed is for sleep and sex only. I watch tv in bed, occasionally will eat in bed. off topic but thought I’d share

I hate having to sleep lots. I’m happy moving from 10 down to less than 8 hours a day. A big day I’ll sleep over 8 but not by much. Yes. I have naps if a little groggy in the mornings but you sleep 1/3 of your life…I am nearing 50 years and I would rather live those moments conscious. There’s no mysteries of sleep for me these days.

The human body needs sleep to allow the brain to solidify the axiom synaptics from the days experience into long-term memory. Also, any muscle groups require a night’s rest to recuperate from breakdown and fatigue. The body has been accustomed to sleep during the night as certain hormones are released when we close our eyes to sleep.

I’d be thin if i could sleep like 12 hours a day. If I’m sleeping, I’m not eating

I find it so hard to fall asleep at night unless I touch myself. It is a new thing of mine because I seem to be having trouble sleeping enough these days. so thanks porn!!!

It was my main pastime for 8 months in the hospital. A close second was pacing.

I love sleeping too. But my sleep cycle is way off. I either sleep too much or too little. Or sometimes just right. In other words, I’m all over the map. I use a free meditation app to help me sleep at night called InsightTimer.com It is really helpful.
