Well in exercise you reach plateaus and are just doing maintenance (it’s not as fun, at least for me), but if you change up the exercises or maybe the order you do them, you can still achieve gains.

You said you get walking in, I try to get as much sunshine as I can, (I can drink my Icey water in the sun (I have polydipsia)) but the sun is healthy, and makes you happier.
