How can we increase our motivation?

Considering that we struggle with negatives?

I’m talking about natural methods that exclude anti depressants or supplements because those things don’t work for me personally

Thankyou in advance for any input.

At least you can show off that you have work ethic.

That’s the hottest thing ever.

Cycling is a great way to get motivated. I like to commute by bicycle to run my errands when I’m in a good place. It helps me work out but also helps my will power

I find exercising even only walking for 30min inside the house lifts my mood. I cancelled my gym 3 weeks ago, I am thinking about going back.

I’m currently able to use a gym for free because I’m on disability pay. It’s pretty cool.

I use it to do my back exercises

It’s more motivating than doing the excercises in my tiny room.

Tbh the excercises they prescribed me touch on the ass and legs too anyway. Won’t add more simply cos I gotta keep my goals realistic.

Abilify is powerful.

But cheers

Yes I completely understand that. I think it’s the fact that there’s a huge mirror, a floor mat and like minded ppl all around.
