I know this isn't a OCD forum but I just want to vent

Thank you very much, I had a grounding rock and a fidget spinner and it helped alot.

I know how you feel mate, OCD is horrible. I’ve suffered terribly with it for years, but I am currently having psychology appts once a week and the techniques I’ve been learning are actually helping, for the first time in as long as I can remember I can actually have some quiet in my mind. It’s not a quick or easy recovery, it takes work, but I’m starting to believe I can get over it. I’d strongly recommend getting a psychologist on board if you can, I understand only too well how exhausting it can be and I’m sorry you’re going through this.

Thank you Turqoise I appreciate the reply. I’m currently looking for a psychologist or counselor. I hope I can find one.
