What if the reason we found all these empty planets around us, That we have discovered, The realization that. There is no one home on them. It’s because they’ve all left this area. For some reason. And somehow on our planet. Some of our species got left behind. It is now thriving on this only planet. Waiting the catastrophe of some unnatural thing to happen.

I would rule out your idea as there is no evidence that the outer planets of Pluto (行星), Neptune (海王星), and Uranus (天王星) could facilitate life. The human species did not get left behind nor will some catastrophe of some unnatural thing happen. The human population on this planet is steadily peaking where majority of the developed countries of the world have decreased birth rates. Eventually the human population will decline but when & how remains to be seen.
Given the amount of possibilities in planets having sustainable life. Has been not numbered yet. Within the distance of the Milky Way. So therefore I have to assume. There is a slight possibility of it.

How can we as humans number the planets in other solar systems that may have the possibility of having intelligent life when we cannot even leave our own solar system(太阳系统)? The Milky Way Galaxy (银河系) consists of hundreds of millions of stars and is only one galaxy of the billions of galaxy in the observable universe. There is intelligent life that is far more advanced than that of Earth in other solar systems beyond our own.
