I talked to the property manager every day since I knew I wouldn’t be able to pay on time. All the legal stuff is there.
At the bottom it says don’t panic, Patricia. I know what’s happening. I just need to send these out.
I used to own rental property. They can accept full payment and still evict me.
Hopefully the property manager will work with you. I pray that this works out for you.

Yeah never easy but if your working with them it’s usually a good thing.

I just called the office. Legally speaking, I have to move my trailer. I owe them money. They say don’t worry, but I used to have rental property. Once you give a 14 day notice, you aren’t required to do more.
I’m crying and not believing this at the same time. Pray for me.

I’ve been living here for nearly 15 years. I wrote a check off the wrong account, and it bounced. This is the 2nd time in 15 years I’ve been late.
I’m more scared because I don’t have anywhere to go.

I just really feel icky. Talked to a friend on the phone, and I’m not crying so much. Thanks for the reassurance.
@Vertigo
You know how stress affects us. I’m just trying to pray and chill. Thanks.
@SkinnyMe
Thank you for the kind words. Thanks for all you do. I appreciate it. I’m just scared.

Nobody deserves to be homeless. I just think I haven’t learned from this situation, YET

I just called my psychiatric center. I let them know that I’m barely hanging on. My pdoc is on maternity leave. I have an appointment for therapy on Thursday.
Hey. This is super scary. I’m sharing this info as someone who has been homeless and needed to survive. I’m NOT calling this a perfectly safe option, but I never had a bad experience, and it kept me off the streets. If you get to the point where it’s the street or couchsurfing, couchsurfing will at least keep you out of the elements.
People will have reviews, so you can get a sense of whether or not they treat surfers well, and you can choose to only stay with someone of the same gender if you find that safer. It’s totally free, but many people use the barter system. Like, “I’ll give you a place to stay if you teach me how to cook your favorite meal,” and stuff like that. There are some really interesting and cool people who use this site. There are also probably creeps, but I was lucky enough to never run into any.

I AM NOT SUICIDAL. However, I have agoraphobia. I’ll send this option to the universe and see what happens.
I also don’t have a car. If I had a car, at least I could sleep there.
Thanks so much. I’ve never been this close to being homeless.

May I please have a tagine that says
No matter where you go, there you are!
I can’t upload any pics, but I would sincerely appreciate it.
I took a few mins to look at couchsurfing.com. it could be an option. Thank you!

No problem! I hope you can find a workable permanent solution soon.
Trish, I’m really sorry this is happening to you. I wish I could help you in someway. I’m wishing the best for you
@Ninjastar
It will come. I’m so thankful for this website. My step mom isn’t off of work yet.
@AccreditedPsych
Your words come across as very caring and kind. Thanks.

I don’t know what to say. I’m really sorry you have to go through this. ((Hugs))
Hang in there
That’s pretty optimistic. The worst never happens and niether does the best. It’s always somewhere in the middle.
So don’t assume the worst.
I hope things will work out. But I’m sure they will.
