I just found out I've been walking for over 4 hours

Just pacing in my house I’ve walked about 8 miles. Almost 20,000 steps now

It works. I find it not quite accurate indoors but at a brisk pace it’s still decent exercise. I’m up before sunrise and like to get 10,000 steps done by breakfast. It does get a bit addictive!

Well done to you!

Before my gal taught me how to drive I walked everywhere. Like as example I walked 18 mile to work for 3 months at minimum wage barely survived.

Thank you. It certainly does get somewhat addictive. I keep trying to get more and more each day. I’ve gotten to the point where I’ll most likely be greatly disappointed whenever the day comes where I’ve reached my step limit.

Good for you for getting 10,000 before breakfast! How many steps do you usually get for the whole day?

I ended up getting 20,250 steps in yesterday, which was about 8.2 miles

some people got 26 inch python arms… I got 23 inch python calves, and upper legs 26 inch.
I’m a very strong kicker.

I peaked out at 30,000 steps @redanne but I’m scaling it back and doing more outside hours whilst the weather is good…get more consistent speed so I’m trying to do a minimum of 20,000 and looking for a peak of about 25,000. That is some serious work and I’d like to move up to a bit of jogging! I’ll get there one day!

That is a lot of walking. Do I do that every day?

I try to. I’ve been trying to walk more and more everyday, but I only took about 17,600 steps yesterday, which is about 7.1 miles

I’m usually on my phone while pacing, or else I definitely would too. It’s also good for counting steps. It does it automatically
