I just drand protein powder shake

It has vitamins and minerals in it. I believe it helps me, because it has protein in it.

Protein deficiency is not really an issue in first world countries, or even in the majority of third world countries. Are you working out?

Protein does a number of good things for your body, but to much protein can be bad to.
