I brush twice a day. At night, I use these spiffy little rubbery pick things to clean between my teeth instead of floss. I have braces, so flossing is tough. I love those little picks. I have an Oral-B 3000, I think. I love it. I tend to only use it at night, though, and use a manual in the morning.

I wish I do it twice a day. In the past I was doing it twice a day. But now I have the energy only for once a day. Not enough when you are a heavy smoker like me, plus the meds… My sister does it even three times a day cause she smokes too wow.

I do more often than three times. I like a clean mouth. I wash my hands more, we should start a poll for that.

I usually only brush once, but I floss about 4 times a day. I floss when I get bored or anxious.

I’m sure some of us brush less than that. Schizophrenics are notorious for not taking care of their teeth.

Yes well when I am in a depressed state I wont brush at all. My teeth or hair or change my clothes but when I am not in that state I am much cleaner and take proper care of myself.
