How do you tell the difference between the men you think are following you and those you think are reporting back to them?

Because the men who follow me are always the same. I see the same guys all the time.

You know sometimes I feel like I’m being followed too. I think they want to hurt me. (Police, Secret Service) I think that happens to a lot of us. I don’t mean to offend you that you could talk to a caregiver.
You didn’t offend me at all. I always talk about it with my case manager, my therapist, and my pdoc. Nothing works for me to make it stop which is why I think it’s real.

Two days ago, I thought my computer was hacked by someone. It was very “real”.
I was looking for any signs that could confirm my fear.
Then I came back down.
I can understand.

Why not approach them and ask? There is a technique call approaching your delusions to check if they are real

I used to think that I was followed and monitored by the secret service of China. But I no longer think that way since I took antipsychotics. I guess you were delusional about this guy who was watching you.

that’s a myth, that AP’s can stop any wrong-doing.
One time I was staying in this motel, and I thought my room had been booby trapped by navy seals. I thought they had arranged a system of booby traps, all working together and gaining energy from each other. I thought I could drain some of the energy from the system by running the water in the bathtub. So I turned the water on full blast, and then I forgot I had it on, and I went somewhere, I don’t remember where. When I came back the owner told me I had burst the pipes in three downstairs rooms. He was not happy. This is embarrasing.

Thanks. I always have this problem. It’s been going on since 2008. No meds, including depots have made it go away
