I am sick have been since Friday evening and found out today I have walking pneumonia and the starting of an ear infection (mind you I went to the er Saturday and they said I should be better by now) I went to the dr today and got an antibiotic and something for my cough my throat has hurt so badly I’ve hardly talked until today and that’s weird for me yesterday I slept most of the day and most of last night…. I might have accidentally given it to my 67 year old mother god I hope not she’s in good health but she’s getting old

I’ve had pneumonia since Oct 11. Tried 3 antibiotics and two courses of prednisone but a CT scan yesterday said I still have it in my left lung but it’s gone from the right lung. So…it’s improving but still hard to take a deep breath. They gave me an inhaler and nebulizer meds, said there’s no point to more antibiotics. I’ve never been sick for a whole month before this.

oh that’s awful…sorry for you both…just got off a round of antibiotics and steroids for bronchitis. I’m better now.

I hope you feel better soon. I’ve had pneumonia quite a few times and it’s awful. A few years ago I was admitted to the hospital on oxygen because of it. Ugh. I feel for you both.
