i got the flu over a week or so ago. it turned into a upper rest thing then after a week of ante"s and prednisone, I didn’t get better, in fact I end up dehydrated and in the ER last night, I told the Dr on call they hadn’t done Xrays on my lungs so he had blood drawn and chest xray , and three hours later he lessened to my chest, and said the test showed I have pneumonia in both buttons of the lungs and started on antes and pred, again the hospital was full and ask if in see my prim care Dr Monday. I’m Screwed. if I pass in the night , party for me…yours Dr Zen
Hang in there Dr! Get plenty of rest that pneumonia is serious stuff. ER can be a harrowing experience in a lot of places these days so try not to stress. Sounds like they know what the issue is!
