It’s ACT acceptance and commitment therapy. I found it in a book happiness trap. It’s very good book. I learned how to work with my thoughts. There is good techniques. Finished 20 percent of a book. Very good book . I recommend it for you . If you want create rich meaningful life
Uh sounds nice for you man but I’ve been wondering what do you mean by ACT? Is it the entrance exam for college?
