ACT Therapy (acceptance and commitment)

I’ve been incorporating this form of therapy for the past 4 months and it is definitely helping so I just wanted to share what it is:

Thx, I’m going to give it a read later.

I did MBCBT and Schema Therapy, which both share components of this!

So I’m thinking it might help as well.

Wow, I just realized that is the therapy being tested on me right now…and i’ve been improving.

Anyone else tried ACT?

I haven’t, but I’ve heard that it can be very helpful for psychosis. I’d love to hear about anyone’s experience with it.
