Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

ACT or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy has helped me deal with my Anxiety. I went from 1 - 10 scale a 7 for anxiety down to a 2 after applying ACT teachings. It really helped me a lot. I’d like to suggest it to others.
