I think I don’t have it anymore because of which I forgot to take my meds yesterday and I had a horrible dream. Immediately got up and had the meds.
Do you forget to take your meds ? Is it because you feel completely fine ?

I sometimes forget, but not often. Not because I feel completely fine though, its because I can be quite forgetful.

I forget about schizophrenia at work. It takes a backseat to doing my assigned tasks and dealing with people.

I am having tender coconut almost every day. Bit expensive but worth it !

I prefer depot injections over pills, so I don’t get reminded every day. Can’t imagine anything worse than that. What it means I am not an axe murderer having to remind myself to behave.

i am presently in denial. i am feeling normal and it is causing me to wonder if it really was sz after all (which is ridiculous)!!
its ok i guess to sometimes pretend there’s no diagnosis over me.
