I’m the US, if you get your dog certified by your pdoc as an emotional support dog, they have to let you keep your dog.

Is that true evem if there already is other dogs in the house?

I believe so.

We almost had to do the same thing for my pitt when he was alive because we had a hard time finding a place to rent with him.

If you register him, they have to allow the dog.

Good luck with it.

Pitts get a bad reputation but I’ve known them to be the sweetest dogs I’ve ever had.

Great!!! Come up with a list of ways your dog helps you emotionally just in case the pdoc asks. Good luck!

Statistically they are the most violent. I’ve heard people say it can occur randomly without obvious trigger.

My cousin’s step sister has one though and it seems really sweet.

Hm idk. My dachshund is a lot more violent and my.pitt is the sweetest dog ever.

I’m talking purely statistically. America's Most Dangerous Dog Breeds [Infographic]

I remember my old therapist giving me a. Emotional support animal letter and it didnt specify the breed so i called and theyre going to mail a new copy to me

Turns out if having the specific breed will raise insurance rates for the labdlord they can deny it. So i have to rehome her

I know that most pit bulls are good dogs but I was shocked to hear of the news that a pet Pit bull killed a baby and toddler and mauled the mother.
Just awful news, so sad

I’m so sorry.

Do you have any friends or family that will take her in?

You have to be careful rehoming a dog like that.

I am going to offer to pay their insurance increase. I hope they go for it. Its my last ditch effort to keep my dog. Please wish me luck

ive never heard of any dog regardless of breed engaging in random violence without a trigger. there is always a trigger and some failure in training and conditioning when a dog shows violence. stuff like that is what fuels the pitt propaganda

Yeah i dont believe it eitther. All pits ive known have been amazing and lots of small dogs have been aggressive. Lol
