Yes. Describe the culprit as a white male, about 5’10". Had really good hair. Had a Canadian accent. Was holding a camera and riding a stand up electric scooter.
This should get some justice anyway.
I’m just kidding. @broken is right. This does sound like something you should really do on your own.

Um pretty sure the police help you fill it out when you go to the police station to report the crime.

Just strange people think it’s a cool thing to hurt people, just have people saying this to me because they hear it everywhere, and have this guy making really mean comments and causing other people to do the same.

What do you need to make a police report for @see121? I know you work and you’re responsible and I hope I’m not insulting you but just wondering if you are reporting a legitimate crime or maybe acting on a delusion. Just asking.
