I think that’s why I stay in bed after about four pm. don’t mean to fall asleep but it happens a lot. then I get up around three am and start the process over…the a/c units are all off at night until next week when it will be hot at night too.

I hate summer. Glad its winter here currently. The heat kills me. Perspire just bending over in summer.
I actually had to break out a COAT yesterday.
Not a jacket, but a coat.
I live near the water and it can get chilly, but this is ridiculous.

I need a fan really bad. I am struggling with my breathing a little. I just texted my landlady if she has a spare one. Or else I buy one tmrrw. This is really bad.

I don’t know how well they work, but you might check to see if you can get a cordless, miniature ac that can cool down small rooms. You need to get something, because the med’s we take make us more susceptible to hyperthermia. They bought us some heat pump air conditioners where I live. They’re working fine. I don’t know what they cost, but you need to have a window in the room where they’re installed so you can ventilate the heat out the back end. They’re saying it is going to be a hot and humid summer. You need to find a way to cool at least part of your house.

Maybe there is an agency you can appeal to for air conditioning for what they expect to be a hot, humid summer. Maybe there is a local pantry that you can get your food from, and you can take the money saved there to buy an air conditioner. If you can’t do that maybe you can make plans for staying in the library, or some other building, where it is cool.

Thanks @crimby that’s useful. It’s gotten cooler today. It is OK atm. But my landlady said she’s alright with me using a fan.
