We have had the fan on all day and windows open. Our flat is all ground floor so that.helps. i have not slept well for a few nights though .its just so hot.

Keep windows open.
I actually haven’t got a fan so it feels like a sauna sometimes. So humid.

I used to mow grass at a cemetery during the summer.
The heat got wild, I used to hide behind trees to avoid the sunlight lol.
I find having a shower in the morning and/or at night to be extremely helpful in these hot situations like we’re having.

We have central ac. It is 70 downstairs and 75 upstairs.
