It’s best goal setting list
When I had a bunch to do lists really helped me focus and get motivated. I didn’t get everything done everyday, but I was getting a lot done.

I have taken up a new hobby, but I only do it every once in awhile. It’s hard to get motivated to do anything. It just doesn’t hold my interest. It’s almost like there’s no enjoyment so why bother.

Totally hear ya. My desire is completely zero. All I want lately is to want to do something.

It’s the dopamine. There’s no dopamine rush so why bother. That’s probably why I eat yummy food, I probably get dopamine out of the deal.
