How do you motivate yourself without caffiene?
Ive read on reddit that making daily ‘to do’ lists can be motivating. Im gonna try that today. I hope my dad won’t judge me for not trying to do lots.

Works for me. Cross them off one at a time as you do them. It just helps to see the tasks written down and crossed off. You can stretch everything you have to do over a whole day if you want.

yea i find its less about motivation and more about setting small tasks to get the ball rolling. So yea lists help. I have a long list of stuff i try to do most days. Can help for sure.
