Does anyone have a to do list?

I’m just wondering if anyone uses any phone apps for productivity . Tasks list or anything of that nature. And how simple can a task get like " cook dinner "

I have a simple to do list, but it just makes me guilty.

I keep a to do list on paper. I list chores and fun things so I have something to refer to when I am bored. My problem is I have a long to do list but little motivation to actually do much on it. Although yesterday I had a big to do list of chores and I managed to do everything on it.

Thanks court went good. I have to do outpatient/ group for a while but it’ll taper off after the first month. I made some progress plus I don’t have to go back to court until May13th. So by then i should be almost done with the first half. I just need to get my meds in order

I keep a to do list and update it daily. It does help me to organise myself and do things. It helps me to put simple things on there like do the laundry, listen to this radio programme etc. But I put more difficult things on there too. The difficult things stay on there a while but it helps motivation if I can tick a few things off even if they are easy.

I use Google Calendar because it’s cross device. I schedule stuff there extensively. I’m someone who checks email a lot so the email reminders are very helpful.

I write my 2Do list every morning then promptly lose it before starting anything on it…sigh.
When I have a pen and paper in the same spot I will create my N2G2 (nowhere to Go to) list as a helpful reminder that boredom isn’t my friend.
