I have strange visual hallucinations

Hi I have strange visual hallucinations. I see millions of pinpoints of light in the dark, does anyone know what could be causing this?

It could be down to some eye health issue. I also experience that sort of flashes of light and random splashes of colour in the dark, but I don’t think they are hallucinations. Do you experience other visual hallucinations?

I have too many visual hallucinations to count, my best guess is that it’s some kind of dopamine disorder.

I have had these also but they went away. They were not an eye disorder. They were visual hallucinations.

Did you millions of pinpoints of lights in the dark? It is a lot like looking up in the sky and seeing endless amounts of stars.

I saw a lot of lights but how many I couldn’t tell you. Mine weren’t white like stars. Mine were more yellow.

Couldn’t know about that …most of my hallucinations are tactile and auditory.

I can say that were different from, “normal people”.
