Isolation has been known to trigger psychosis in people. I wouldn’t recommend that as a way of trying to cure yourself. Starvation also seems like a bad idea, because you can permanently damage your body. What this guy did was stupid and pointless.

It’s David Blaine he’s a magician…but some of his things are dumb. Like once he tried to stay underwater for the world record underwater but he failed. And it was on live TV. I dunno whats so magical about that

First schizo voice I ever heard was ‘‘STUPID’’ constantly for a whole week, never stopped… I’d go to sleep hearing stupid, wake up hearing stupid… always, while my own mind was silent… slowly developed from there into what we call schizo symptoms…

But it’s not magic! It’s just being locked in a box for a month. The Jackass guys at least were self-aware in their ridiculous and pointless endeavors.

Yeah and that video I linked is the wrong version. I think part 2 was the good one, and it was better quality so don’t watch it nm. He does do magic too. But a lot of his stuff are just silly stunts. I guess he re-did the under water thing and won. Good for him I guess…
But that’s not magic either. It’s endurance training.

To me, schizophrenia is all about that first voice… forget about trying to get my thoughts organized, or act normal… it’s all about that first voice, nothing else… whatever david blaine did might be stupid, but in next days to come, hopefully I’ll prove it alright… I’ll shut that STUPID up
