And last night I had sleep paralysis again, I have never met anyone that gets sleep paralysis as much as me. I’m used to it now. I woke up and heard a man’s voice behind me, but no one was there, and I saw a weird black blob moving around my wall for a while. I just stared at it like yeah this is normal. I’m exhausted. I just want to go one night without waking up 10 times ready to go
I wish I could give you advice, but I’ve experienced some sleep paralysis and it isn’t fun.
I’ve only had sleep paralysis once over ten years ago. I woke up for some unknown reason and couldn’t move or talk right away. It was kinda scary.
I get sleep paralysis a ton. One time I went like several months getting it almost every night usually multiple times
You and me both the sleep Dr thinks it’s my invega so does my pharmacist but if they change me to another AP I run the risk of hearing voices if it don’t work and I can’t sleep with non stop voices. So either way I would not be sleeping.
Interesting I didn’t consider it could be meds
I’ve had this since before I was on meds though so I’m not sure
But could that have been psychosis?
Honestly not sure. It started during my last year of undergrad and I definitely had some psychotic like thinking but I don’t think I was in an episode at the time, but who knows at this point. Back in 2016
