I’m one of those people that has bad luck. Tonight, I had two orders go complete wrong. While talking to each customer service rep, I was literally told off. I wasn’t even in the wrong and proved it! After speaking to supervisors on one order I got $7 off and on the other s full refund. But still! I can’t believe after saying it must have been a mistake and my order was wrong, I was told off! The other order I tried to cancel seconds after ordering. They refused to respond until the order was being prepared which is when they no longer allow cancellation. Luckily I had proof of when I tried to cancel. Sheesh!
