I ordered stuff from ubereat and I received wrong items I did not want. I provided proof pictures and they won’t replace or refund them. I am mad. Its better to buy in store.

Yes delivery services are terrible at stuff like that.
I was once at a confusing address
Asked them to call me gave my number if they get confused
Instead, they dropped it off somewhere else and I wasn’t refunded
Couldn’t get through to them.
Once they left out my coke.

Wow! They won’t refund you?!?! That’s terrible customer service. I would never use them again and I would tell everyone I know what happened.
In fact, I’m going to not order from them again now that I know that and I’m telling my family and friends.

If you used a card, you can dispute it with your bank.

I used paypal, I can open a dispute but I doubt it will work. Its only 30$ total and the wrong items are 10$.
