It could be a hallucination, or maybe a side effect of the medication you take. Run it by your pdoc or treating team next time you see them.

I get a metal taste in my mouth every few months. It makes me not eat. The only good thing about it is I lose weight then

When I was unmedicated, high on weed or drunk, I smelled and tasted metal and sometimes pssy, probably because I did oral sex on girls in the past and my brain is reexperiencing perceptual information. It sounds funny but its not.
I was trying to find where this disgusting smell was coming from. Its disgusting because I wasn’t thinking about sex when this pssy odor appeared, I was in public. I felt ashamed.
This reminds me of the G Unit song I smell pssy lol😂

Did you stop your meds?
Try brushing your tongue and the roof of your mouth each time you brush your teeth. See if that helps.
