@Human , there’s an app I use called Medisafe that reminds me to take my meds. It even has a snooze option so if you can’t take it this moment, you can be reminded later

I know the feeling. I’ve been awake at night and missing my morning meds. I took them late today and am feeling better too.

I hope I never do that again. That was scary.

I normally have an alarm set to take them. Don’t know why it didn’t go off today…

I know how scary the psychosis gets when we forget to take our meds.
